An Ayurvedic consultation includes a detailed analysis of the pulse, doshas, digestion, elimination, chakras, aura, diet, lifestyle, and other indicators of health. Each person is unique according to Ayurveda, and so healing is not a one size fits all process. As practitioners we take the time necessary for each person to see themselves as they really are and work with them to bring their bodies and lives into balance. (1 ½ hours)
Marma in Sanskrit also means hidden or secret. By definition, a Marma point is a junction where two or more types of tissue meet, such as muscles, veins, ligaments, bones, or joints; they are also pathways for subtle energies to pass. There are 108 Marma points, and through stress, poor diet, injury or trauma, these pathways can become blocked. A treatment involves the gentle stimulation of these points giving physical and psychological relaxation & promoting their proper function. Marma treatments revitalize the body and mind. (1 ¼ hours)
The word Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit. Even though they cannot be seen, Chakras exist at seven points along our body, each one associated with a different set of organs and systems but also our consciousness. When everything is in harmony, the body is in perfect health, but when one or more of these are out of balance, dis-ease occurs. A treatment involves scanning the Chakras, assessing their state and bringing them back into balance via a combination of sound, crystals, light & energy work. (1 ¼ hours)
The Aura is a field of energy that surrounds each living being. Through our interaction with the world around us, we can absorb negative vibrations, we can carry unhealthy thoughts or emotions, eating the wrong food, using drugs, or be suffering from physical or emotional trauma, etc. When our auras harbor unwanted energies, we may feel tired, down, unbalanced, depressed, anxious, "not quite ourselves," or even ill. Aura cleansing can bring us back into balance. (combined with Chakra Balancing treatment)

Dr. Vasant Lad, the renowned Ayurvedic master suggests,“We don’t mold ourselves to fit the yoga practice but rather the yoga practice should be unique to who we are and what we need in order to support health and vitality.”(60-90 minutes)
